It all begins in the vineyard. But what makes it truly unique is the dedication, persistence, and belief that every moment spent among the vines is worth it.
Today, together with our gifted oenologist, Amfilochios Polatoglou, we are proud to present a refined white wine made from 100% Xynisteri — the authentic Cypriot variety. This wine is available exclusively at selected wine cellars and fine dining restaurants with a focus on creative gastronomy.
In parallel, we bottle a distinctive red wine — a blend of four indigenous Cypriot varieties: Maratheftiko, Giannoudi, Ofthalmo, and Mavro. It expresses the richness and true character of the Cypriot terroir.
Both wines undergo gentle aging in new oak barrels, gaining subtle complexity and depth — all while retaining their freshness and natural spontaneity.
Our wines can be enjoyed exclusively at carefully selected fine dining restaurants and a small number of specialized retailers.
