The Quality
Our vineyards are located on the outskirts of the village of Kathikas and the grapes we use come from our own vineyards as well as from selected vineyard partners we have known for many years. We believe strongly in local Cypriot varieties for one simple reason: on this same land, our ancestors cultivated and vinified some of the world’s first wines, all from indigenous varieties. For this reason, we make wine exclusively from Cypriot varieties, in small quantities, so that we can maintain the quality we desire.
